Absolutely not recommended. We rented this apartment with two families (5 people) and were unfortunately very disappointed.But first the positive: The location is great, you can quickly get to the train station. The street in which the apartment is located is quiet and the organization before arrival went smoothly.Unfortunately, there were so many things that we had to complain about that we will only list them here in bullet points:1\. Much mold in the kitchen;2\. unemptied trash can in the kitchen;3\. dirty bathroom;4\. massive spider webs at the skylight;5\. trashed front yard;5\. window cannot be closed due to ivy growing through;6\. completely wet towels (We didn't check whether they were even washed). The apartment was also very dirty in general (e.g. sticky stains on the floor).Unfortunately, when we complained, we only received an almost identical (generated?) answer 7 times, without any accommodation. ##### Frank G.
