Welcome to our Victorian home which blends modern furnishings whilst retaining a traditional vibe. You'll love the light drenched rooms with high ceilings, a spacious lounge with full height windows overlooking a quiet tree lined road. An open plan kitchen with a dining area overlooks a small courtyard garden. The four spacious bedrooms have luxurious beds dressed with crisp linens and super comfortable pillows. The main bathroom has a bath whilst the one downstairs has a modern shower unit.

** Our home has 4 double bedrooms however we have decided that a maximum of 6 guests are welcome to stay there. We would like to be neighbourhood friendly.**

**Please note that if the 4 th bedroom is used and additional GBP22.50 will be charged for the linen and cleaning. **

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT

* Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am. One extra night will be charged for late check out.

*The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details.

* Please note that a minimum of £100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys - please be careful with them.


DURING YOUR STAY

Linen-changes can be organised on request during these cleans for an additional charge.

* Strictly No Parties - and an extra £500 fee will apply should any house rules be broken.
