The bedroom has a king-size bed (200 x 150 cm) and a large wardrobe, while the bathroom offers a bathtub. The living room has a sofabed and 50-inch Smart TV, and the fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, washer/dryer, and Nespresso machine! The private balcony is completed with chairs. Enjoy the underfloor heating throughout and the Fiber Wi-Fi connection! This apartment is on the first floor of a building accessible by an elevator and offers easy step-free access from the street. It is a cosy living space with a size of 53 square meters. The bedroom is carpeted and features a spacious king-size bed (200 X 150 cm), a roomy wardrobe, two bedside tables, and two bedside lamps. The bathroom has a bathtub. The living room has a comfortable sofabed accommodating up to 2 people. An approximately 50-inch TV also allows for an immersive viewing experience. The kitchen has all the necessary amenities, including a dishwasher, a washer/dryer and a Nespresso machine. It is well-equipped with all the utensils and appliances needed for short or long stays.
