This modern 1-bedroom flat is designed to maximize comfort and style. Located on the 17th floor, the property offers spectacular views of London’s skyline, creating a tranquil space amidst the vibrant city.  
  
The living area is a bright and open space with a cozy sofa and large TV, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. Adjacent to the living area, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen featuring an oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, and essential cookware, perfect for preparing meals at your convenience. The flat also includes a dedicated workspace complete with a desk and ergonomic chair, making it suitable for remote work.

\- Check-In and Check-Out Times: Check-in time is after 3 pm, and check-out time is before 11 am. Please inform us in advance if you need early check-in or late check-out, as additional charges may apply.  
\- Early Check-In or Late Check-Out Charges: A £30 charge will be applied if guests check themselves in early without permission or check out late, as this disrupts our cleaner’s schedule.  
\- Lost Key Charge: Please take care of the keys. A £100 charge will be applied for lost keys.  
\- No Parties or Gatherings: This is a quiet residential area, and parties or loud gatherings are not allowed. An additional £250 fee applies if house rules are broken.  
\- Noise Policy: Please respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 pm.  
\- Parking: Street parking is available near the property. Ensure you park legally and do not block other vehicles.  
\- Security: Always lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.  
\- Indoor Shoes/Slippers: To keep the property clean, we kindly ask guests to wear indoor shoes or slippers indoors.  
\- Heating: Please turn the thermostat down to 19 degrees when leaving the property.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.  
  
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.  
  
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
