Situated on the fifth floor, the flat features an open-plan living space, two double bedrooms, and a private balcony with elevated views. Its central location places Victoria Station and Sloane Square within easy reach, making it a convenient hub for exploring London. • Living Area: Open-plan lounge with sofa, dining table, and access to the balcony. Bright windows add plenty of natural light. • Kitchen: Fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge-freezer, and washing machine, with the essentials for everyday cooking. • Bedrooms: Two double bedrooms, each furnished with standard beds and storage • Bathrooms: Two bathrooms – one with a walk-in shower, the other with a shower over the bathtub. • Outdoor Space: Private balcony with higher-level views of the street and neighbourhood. Paint round bathroom windows all awful and peeling off. Tiles in shower leaking, not fixed properly and all v discolored. No light working above oven in extractor fan. No chair in either bedroom.
