Property Details: This 40-sqm apartment is located on the 1st floor without an elevator. The living area is furnished with a flat-screen TV and dining table and can also be used as a work-from-home space. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, suitable for working from home and making video calls. The fully equipped kitchen has an electric tea kettle, sink, toaster, refrigerator, stove, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. The flat comes with a clothes washing machine and drying rack. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available. The bedroom is street facing and furnished with a double bed and superior quality mattress. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has one bathroom accessible via the hallway with a shower, toilet and sink. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay. Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability. It was clean and well furnished with all the amenities needed in a home away from home, from cooking appliances to a washing machine (drying rack included). The location was perfect, a minute walk to the Goodge Street station and a few minute walk to Tottenham Court. Lots of restaurants nearby with Sainbury’s just down the road for groceries. The hosts were very response to all of our questions. Keep in mind it’s a flight of stairs you need to climb to access it and if you arrive before check in and you have a lot of luggage, you’ll need to find a place to store it or keep it with you. We used Luggage Hero for three bags and it cost us 42 USD. ##### Karen S. La posizione era perfetta e siamo rimasti pienamente soddisfatti della pulizia durante tutto il nostro soggiorno. L'appartamento aveva lo spazio giusto per la nostra famiglia e le stanze luminose e ariose lo facevano sembrare ancora più spazioso. Essere vicino alla metropolitana di Goodge e a buoni ristoranti è stato incredibilmente conveniente, specialmente con i bambini. La vicinanza ai trasporti pubblici ha reso facile esplorare la città senza alcun problema. L'appartamento è nuovo e ben tenuto, con pavimenti caldi che sono stati un successo con i nostri piccoli. Tutti gli utensili necessari erano forniti, il che ha reso i pasti facili e senza stress. Gli asciugamani erano di buona qualità e abbiamo apprezzato il balcone per un po' di aria fresca e relax.
