Conveniently situated a mere five minutes from Clapham Common underground station, and surrounded by a plethora of delightful restaurants and cafes, this flat promises an enticing and unforgettable experience. Other things to note Please note that last-minute reservations made within 24 hours of arrival are subject to a change in arrival time from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. The property only accepts the number of adults listed on the reservation confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the reservation will not be accepted. Each guest will be asked to send identification within 48 hours once the reservation is created and at check-in. This property does not accommodate bachelorette parties, bachelor parties, or similar celebrations. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked not to make excessive noise. A noise abatement policy is in effect between 9 pm and 7 am. Guests must leave the property in the same condition as they arrived. If you leave the property at a late time or other than the scheduled time, 10:00 am on the last day, without prior mutual agreement, you will be charged a £55 reminder fee. If the above policies are not followed, a penalty fee will be applied to guests for any damage caused to the property.
