A one-bedroom apartment with an inspiring, design-led interior in the leafy neighbourhood of Putney, southwest London.  
  
The home’s neutral, contemporary style includes a hand-built banquette seating area in the lounge, wood panelling, and soft cream accessories. Generous natural light enhances the open-plan layout, while the thoughtful design ensures comfort and style in equal measure.  
  
The apartment sits on the first floor of a small modern development just off Putney Hill, accessed via a single flight of stairs. It’s well located for Putney mainline station (0.7 miles) and East Putney Underground station (0.9 miles, District Line), with local bus routes nearby. The green open spaces of Putney Heath and Wimbledon Common are close at hand, as is the River Thames.  
  
Your Home  
The wooden-floored hallway leads into the open-plan living space, where you’ll find a cushioned banquette beneath a large window, a Smart TV, and a designated dining section that doubles as a work-from-home space. The bright kitchen overlooks the tree-lined street and is fully equipped for home cooking — including a state-of-the-art coffee machine for morning indulgence.  
  
The double bedroom connects to the lounge via a sliding door and features bespoke built-in wardrobes and a wood-panelled, under-lit headboard for a touch of elegance.  
  
Your Neighbourhood  
Putney is an affluent, village-like neighbourhood known for its riverside pubs, cafés, and as the starting point of the annual university Boat Race. Locals enjoy its many green spaces and excellent connections, with fast trains to Waterloo from Putney station and District Line services from East Putney. Bus routes offer easy access to Wimbledon, Fulham, Clapham Junction, and Chelsea, and the A3 is close by for drivers.

When your booking is confirmed, we’ll ask you to complete a pre-check-in form to confirm your identity and booking details, adding an extra level of security for both our guests and our hosts.   
  
Our standard check in time is between 15:00 and 21:00\. If you would like a flexible check-in or out just let us know and we will be happy to help.  
  
Check ins between 21:00 - 23:00 cost an extra £100\. If you have any questions, please get in touch - we can be reached 7 days a week. Baby cot (with mattress) and high chair available at £12 per day + delivery fee. We look forward to welcoming you!

Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 100 late arrival fee.
