Perfect for al fresco dining or simply enjoying your own private greenery with a cup of coffee or aperitif, this outdoor oasis is sure to be a a welcome rest spot after a day of touring beautiful London.  
  
The interior boasts a high spec kitchen and spacious dining area on the ground floor. Comfy TV/play room, bedroom and full bath on the lower ground floor. Enjoy the sumptuous living area and study on the first floor complete with fabulous art and wonderful north and south exposures. Continue upstairs for the remaining bedrooms, offering a unique ambience. The five bedrooms featuring a combination of three single beds, one queen bed, and two super king beds.  
  
This stunning five-bedroom, 4.5 bathroom private home is a true gem, offering unparalleled comfort and luxury. This unit provides a sense of exclusivity and privacy, away from the hustle and bustle of traditional apartment living.

Royal Oak, Bayswater and Queensway tube stations are 2-9 mins walk away giving you full access to all of London. You are a few minutes from Kensington Gardens for relaxing walks or challenging runs.

\* Any excessive noise in the property must be prevented, out of respect for the neighbours

Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.  
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.  
Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M.

Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.  
Our Teams are here to help all our guests in a polite and professional manner however we do not tolerate any form of abuse towards the staff. Should this rule be broken, we reserve the right to reject any current or future bookings.  
We would like to mention the check-in process:  
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards.  
We suggest, in order to avoid any charges, to check and report any damages or faulty items and appliances by contacting us on guest @ cityrelay com
