There was a weird smell in the room, only given a small thin blanket that had questionable stains on it. Dark room in basement. It is walkable to the tube and cool shops. Staff was friendly. I’ve stayed in worse.

Given its cheap cost in a great location, you only get what you pay for. The room needs serious cleaning and attention. Basic bed and a peaceful place to stay for the night. Do not expect more. Refrigerator is a plus.

Wonderful location in London and close to several transportation routes including subway and bus. Walking in any area was also very convenient.

The worst place I’ve ever stayed at. Location is great but nothing else. Not a real hotel. Basically just a dirty room of a house. Couldn’t wait to get out of there.

#### Recommend for solo travellers.

Stayed here for the night before the Queens funeral. Considering it was booked only 2 days before the visit it was a fair price. It is basic but for the price and ideal location its in I found it fine and I had everything I needed. Was asked for a security deposit when I checked in which was quickly returned to me the day after check out. (would have been same day but I checked out on bank holiday) Friendly staff on reception and a quiet night. Would recommend for solo travellers like myself.

location good, £50 security deposit not mentioned, I refused he took my keys said leave on latch if leave hotel?? We pay a premium there responsibility is security. Room ok good enough location near Baker St

Hands down, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Dirty room, stained mattress, very noisy. Appalled that this is even listed on Hotels.com

Its a bit grubby, small rooms. Ok for a tight budget, but the downside is the way the doors slam at 2.00 disturbing your sleep. I'm guessing they are fire doors, but damn are they noisy.

The property cancelled my booking at 8:30pm the evening before my stay. It still took my money. Their initial message was that I had to cancel the booking via Expedia (who have been very helpful), which I did, but then on the day of the booking they kept calling me to rearrange properties but I had already rescheduled my plans. Now I’m currently going through a lengthy dispute in getting my money back. I wouldn’t have minded so much, but their excuse for cancelling was that they no longer operate as a hotel, yet at the time of writing this, I could still make future bookings. Overall, a very poor service.
