Amazing staff from the doorman, reception, spa, breakfast Honestly it’s not easy to find same quality in central London I came with my baby and wife and it was perfect. Room very nice, very quiet first floor.

Le personnel très à l’écoute et accueillant les prestations qui figuraient sur le site étaient en réalité dans l’autre hôtel à part les chambres et le petit restaurant aucun salon pour se poser pourtant le site montrait un hôtel avec beaucoup de prestations déçu à ce niveau là

All arrive dans notre chambre On a trouvé La poubelle pleine des autres clients, lit confortable , ils préparait la chambre pour une personne , mais on est était en couple , bizarre pour une 5 étoile . La piscine est super , mais n'est pas dans l hôtel .

Hôtel propre et élégant. Chambre petite. Personnel parfait. Mauvaise surprise de départ : facturation "discretion accomodation" d'un peu moins de 5 € par jour pour service non fait 2 nuits sur 3 et sans accord préalable ! Dommage

Hotel agréable mais petit-déjeuner hors de prix !!
J'ai passé trois nuits dans cet hôtel avec mes deux enfants, et au moment de faire le check-out, j'ai appris que les petit-déjeuners n'étaient pas compris. Au total, l'addition était de plus de 180 £ pour les 3 petits déjeuners, alors que nous n'avions pris que 2 tartines et un bol de céréales...

Hotel JUMEIRAH LOWNDES à LONDRES
Ma famille, ma femme et ma fille agée de 10 ans avons séjournés dans cet hotel 4 nuits. Nous avons été accueillis par une perssonne de la réception de l'hotel, qui nous a pris nos bagages et nous les a portés dans notre somptueuse chambre. Très bon service, magnifique chambre ou tout est pensé pour votre confort. Très belle salle de bains. Ecran Lcd , Machine magimix avec mini-bar. La chambre possède un balcon et donne sur un quartier chic de Londres. Proche de Harrods et d'une station de métro de Knidbridge. Nous avons passés un très bon et agréable séjour tout ma famille et moi-meme. Nous recommandons cet hotel et nous y retournerons.

HOTEL A RECOMMANDER MAIS ...
HOTEL PARFAIT : assez luxueux, bien placé, confortable MAIS nous étions une famille de 3 personnes et à l'arrivée, bous avons eu une chambre avec un king bed mais mais de 3e couchage !!! Ils nous ont donné un lit pliant et j'ai trouvé cela très "moyen" pour un établissement de ce standing. Donc ATTENTION au nombre de couchages dans les chambres en réservant.

Hotel sympathique et très bien placé
J'y ai séjourné pour 5 jours, la chambre était sympa mais sans plus, en ce qui concerne le petit déjeuner rien de génial. En toute objectivité c'est un peu chère pour ce que c'est. Par contre la situation de l'hôtel est parfaite nous sommes à 2-3 minutes à pied de Sloane street.

Love the hotel’s location, less than 5min walk to Sloane st and Harrods. Very quiet and relaxing. The room however unfortunately is run down, the windows were dirty and black like it was mould (I don’t think it was mould). Pillows aren’t the jumeriah standard, I barely slept. I do like the hotel though and would stay again for the location and ambience.

Despite asking for a quiet room we were put at the back very near air conditioning units. We were moved but to the front which had alot of traffic noise which we were told about but had no choice. The fan in the bathroom was on all night so not very quiet! Clean tidy and comfy but wouldn't stay again due to noise

Gorgeous hotel in a beautiful location. Lovely staff who are very accommodating- printing pictures for our room as a surprise for my husband and sending strawberries and balloons was a lovely surprise for me too! Leave your cat at home because you can’t swing it in the room, but apart from that a gorgeous space for the night. Small but perfectly formed. Thanks again for a memorable anniversary stay.

Excellent stay
We had a fantastic stay for our wedding anniversary. The check in was a great experience, staff were very attentive. They helped organise flowers, balloons and chocolates on our arrival. We upgraded the room to an executive suite and we were impressed with the room. We had breakfast delivered to our room for £10 fee and it was very tasty. Check out was simple and we would definitely choose to stay again. Thank you to the team for a memorable stay.

Very underwhelming for what we paid for. Location is excellent but there is little to no lobby, no real hotel bar, breakfast was mediocre, and all the sexy amenities are in the much better sister hotel down the road. I felt completely deceived by the photos.

One of my worst experiences ever in a London Hotel. Outdated room, cleanliness seems to be not within the norms of this hotel, extremely careless front desk staff. Certainly would not repeat my stay there under any circumstances.
