We had a very bumpy check-in with the management company. Slow response and a lack of urgency with check-in details. They claim 24 hour-support but we did not find that true. From all indications the location of this flat is in the flight pattern. It's a two story apt with an AC unit on the first floor. Upstairs was hot and we had to open two windows in an attempt to cool things off. No fan was provided. As the flat is on a busy street we had to endure street and plane noise. The kitchen needs serious love. Weird cabinets and terrible knives. The only redeeming value was the wonderful, high quality artwork. ##### Melinda W.
