Bright, clean, spacious, comfortable, quiet, clutter-free, modern, non-smoking, step-free ground floor. Big enough to accommodate up to 7 people. The spacious bedrooms have desks, office chairs and double beds. They face the private back garden and therefore there's no noise from the street. There's a sofa bed in the living room and a single floor foam mattress is also at your disposal. There are 2 bathrooms (one with a bathtub and shower), a well equipped small kitchen, spacious living room with dining table for 6 people and cable TV. The flat is just 4 mins walk to Caledonian road tube and 8 mins to Highbury & Islington. It takes just 10 mins with the tube to central London. There are many buses running 24/7 from the main roads. Parking space (payment by the hour) is available just outside the flat. Located next to a convenience store and a park with a playground and an animal farm. Nearby many shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, gyms, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, pools, a Crossfit box and many parks.
