If you are looking for distinguished and sophisticated accommodation for up to 10 guests in the heart of London, this 5 bedroom, 5 level house in South Kensington is hard to beat. Recently renovated to an extremely high standard, you will have over 2080 square feet of space to enjoy all to yourselves, spread out over multiple levels of beautifully presented London real estate. Make no mistake, staying here will create lifelong memories of your visit to London for your family, group of friends, clients or colleagues. THE GROUND FLOOR Let’s start our tour on the ground floor, where your private front door located on a beautiful mews opens directly into an open plan living and dining area, all of which, like the rest of the house, has been decorated and furnished to impress. What was once the garage has been beautifully and seamlessly incorporated into this bright and attractive reception room, which features all the creature comforts of home - sofa, armchairs and dining table included. You also have a smart television with access to the major streaming apps, so you can watch your favourite series and host movie nights right here in the house (popcorn is available in local shops!). Also, on this level a handy cloakroom with WC and wash basin. THE BASEMENT Heading downstairs takes you to the first of the 5 bedrooms, this one with an ensuite bathroom, and plenty of storage space for bags and belongings. The kitchen is also down on this lower level, and is packed with appliances and storage space, so you’ll have all you need to self-cater during your stay in London. The truly unique church-style glass window in the kitchen is one of this home’s many unique features you’re sure to treasure. There’s also more seating down here for casual eating and drinking occasions such as breakfasts, coffee breaks and snacks. Next to the kitchen is the laundry room with a washer and dryer giving you the means to keep your clothes clean throughout your stay, so you can stay smart and impress clients if you’re in London on business. or just keep wearing that favourite top of yours over and over again! THE FIRST FLOOR Two more bedrooms are located on the first floor, one with an ensuite. Both bedrooms are presented in a manner that befits the grand nature of the house, with best quality mattresses and bedding used in all beds throughout the house. The ensuite features a separate bathtub and walk-in shower unit, along with WC, bidet and wash basin. The second bedroom on this level is another double overlooking the front of the property, and benefits from a Juliette balcony from where you can take in views of the wonderfully quaint and quiet cobbled mews. THE SECOND FLOOR Home to the final two of the 5 bedrooms, there’s another ensuite on this upper level, this one with a bathtub, and another double bedroom.
