It is located on the second floor via stairs. This lovely 50 m2 apartment is modern and tastefully decorated, and it's conveniently located near various top attractions in London! The apartment features an open floor plan, with a comfortable sofa bed in the living room, along with a wide-screen smart TV offering multiple streaming options for all your favourite shows. There's also a dining table for four. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, oven, and microwave, allowing you to prepare delicious meals. Additionally, the apartment is furnished with a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. In the bedroom, you'll find a homely double bed dressed in complimentary hotel-quality linens, ensuring maximum comfort during your stay. The bathroom has all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. The location is great and the appartment was spacious and comfortable. A bit tricky getting luggage in the street door as you have to hold the door open and start taking up the stairs before there is room to shut the door, and have to carry up to second floor. We only had to do this on arrival and departure, so a minor inconvenience. However if you have heavy luggage it could be difficult. ##### STUART E.
