For your convenience, a washer is also available for your laundry requirements. You'll discover three grand bedrooms on the upper floor. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Now it was time to take the family to explore the city. I wanted something in Kensington near public transportation. This was about a 5 minute walk to the nearest bus stop and maybe 8 minutes to the Notting Hill tube station. Grocery shops were about 8 minutes away too. We were all over the city and found this property suited us fine. We had a couple of maintenance issues (shower drain and lighting) that were quickly fixed. They did a great job communicating with us. This place suited us fine 2 adults, 3 kids ages 5, 10 and 13\. One thing to be aware of, there are A LOT of stairs. It does describe the stairs in the listing but we were still a little surprised. All in all, great trip, everyone in the family wants to go back. ##### David D.
