This flat is conveniently located close to the Underground and minutes to Covent Garden on a quiet side street. Has a secure shared courtyard and is at ground level. This flat easily fit the three of us and the luggage that comes with dropping a child off at University. What really impressed me was the outstanding service provided and communication with the host Chantelle. Our reservation dates changed a couple of times based on University updates and she was extremely understanding and flexible. She sent us information and links to where we could store our luggage as well as detailed instructions on key pick up/drop off, what to tell the taxi driver to get us to the correct flat, and sent all the information about the flat in a timely manner.
