La chambre était décevante car les fenêtres sont semi aveugles (ce qui n est pas précisé dans l annonce ) et le bruit de l ascenseur. Si le lit double était très confortable, la literie du canapé était de très médiocre qualité. Nous avons remarqué depuis longtemps que nous réservons sur Hotels.com, que les chambres sont souvent les plus mauvaises de l établissement (proximité de l ascenseur , proche du local technique avec le bruit qui va avec , semi aveugle

Habituée à venir à Londres, mais 1ère fois dans cet établissement. Je pense que je vais en faire ma nouvelle adresse ! Très bien situé, à 5 minutes du métro, dans le quartier de Kensington. Appartement avec mezzanine bien agencé, bien équipé, literie confortable, déco soignée….j.ai hâte d’y retourner.

Great location. Less than 5 minutes from Gloucester Road station. Lots of casual dining nearby. Friendly staff. Hotel was clean and the rooms had all the basic amenities - hair dryer, iron + ironing board, kettle, cutlery, etc. The only downside was the sofa bed which was extremely uncomfortable. Would stay again if I don’t need the sofa bed.

Les points positifs : * personnel très serviable et chambre plutôt luxueuse; * la chambre est grande, avec un coin cuisine et un salon; * la salle de bain est très bien : propre, grande douche, linge de toilette et article de toilette de bonne qualité... Ca fait partie de ce que j'ai eu de mieux à Londres en termes de qualité, surtout pour un hôtel aussi bien situé à côté de Hyde Park et tout près du métro Gloucester Road, mais pour un prix qui n'est quand même pas donné. Les points moins positifs : * la chambre vendue sur le site avec 1 chambre séparée s'avère être avec un mezzanine non fermée : limite tromperie pour moi qui cherchait une chambre fermée pour les parents * nous avons eu la malchance de nous faire attribuer une chambre au rez-de-chaussée qui donnait sur Cromwell Road, donc avec forcément un peu de bruit de circulation, on n'est pas forcé d'apprécier (d'ailleurs je n'apprécie pas) * le matelas était ferme mais quand même un peu en forme de cuvette : plus haut sur les bords qu'au centre (je préfère le mien de loin et pourtant il a déjà 15 ans) * le débit d'eau dans la douche était vraiment trop faible.

Hotel moderne mais cosy
Avec le métro à 200m(plusieurs lignes se croisent) et plusieurs lignes de bus, nous sommes tout de suite dans les lieux à visiter (quartiers, musées, shopping...), la proximité de deux grandes surfaces, la présence de restaurants et d'un marchand de journaux (journaux locaux mais aussi internationaux), le quartier est agréable à vivre et pratique pour un séjour .

ménage oublié le second jour et qqs difficultés avec l'eau chaude sur la douche mais standing plus que correct néanmoins. Décoration et mobilier contemporains agréables. La suite (2 pièces) avec un lit double et un canapé-convertible + coin repas et kitchenette est un bon concept pour une famille de 4, guère plus cher que 2 chambres.

Stayed in their deluxe studio for 10 nights. It was relatively quiet during the night although you can hear the creaking floor boards above you. As a lone female traveller, I felt safe walking back to the property at night. The studio facilities were adequate and clean. I like that there is a washing machine in the room - they gave 2 complimentary tablets for washing clothes. I also like that the mini fridge has a small freezer compartment too. The reception and housekeeping staff were all warm and polite. Be warned that there are some steps to get to the Fraiser Suites entrance. But once inside the proprty, there are lifts to the studio. The location was brilliant - a few minutes walk to the tube, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and near tourist attractions. As a jogger, I enjoyed jogging in the mornings at the nearby Kensington gardens and Hyde Park. In sum, a pleasant relaxing stay for me.

The property was fine however, the air conditioning was noisy to the point we had to shut it off and open the windows instead. The pillows were thick and bulky and they had nothing smaller. Virtually unusable for sleep. Great for watching TV though.

Super staff! Our power went out in our first room and we were promptly moved to a similar yet smaller room. No issues. I get that they were trying to accommodate us quickly. Staff was quick to loan us a converter during our stay. I love the free washer/dryers as I like to save my room for shopping! Great beds and the room overall was clean, comfy and nice. Not one issue.

This is probably my 3rd time staying at this property. So far, the location is one of the key factor for me - walkable to underground (Piccadilly Line, straight from Heathrow too), lots of f&b and supermarkets The rooms are usually spacious and what I like is that there is almost full kitchen facility My past stays, the rooms have always came equipped with a washer dryer which is great. Unfortunately I was told this time ‘only selected rooms’ Still a good stay but can see lots of wear and tear signs Also, somehow the internet connection did not seem To be working as smoothly as before. Staff were all very helpful with this. And overall, they are always friendly and ready to help I would still strongly recommend this property to friends and family!

We really wanted to like this property given its close location to the museums and metro. However, aside from the appliances being old and not working (in suite washer/dryer was broken, shower was clogged and flooding, downstairs dryers also all broken), the major issue we had was cleanliness. As I was sitting around late one night, there was a fist sized mouse running about that quickly scurried under the couch. I quickly sought help. Unfortunately, the front desk staff at night did not know what to do and after several requests for help, they finally offered to allow us to switch to another room. Not ideal in the middle of the night with mice running around, but better than sleeping with mice. After packing everything up and moving sleeping kids to the new room, we find that the new room has built in base heaters along the walls. The controls for the one in the bedroom was broken and was permanently set to high (the remaining ones in the sitting room were functional and could be turned off). After contacting the same night staff again multiple times, I finally had one staff member come up to the room to manually turn off the heater for us. Well, after adjusting it, the heater kept on going at full blast, but the staff then claimed that there was a 15 to 30 minute delay from adjusting the heater until when it shuts off. So I waited. It stayed on. The front desk then said they would get the day staff to work on it. They never did. We learned to sleep at 25 degrees Celsius
