### Entire Ground Floor Flat, Free Parking and Garden

Self-contained flat consisting of the entire lower ground floor of a beautiful 200-year-old Georgian house with all modern amenities, free off-street parking and a large and beautiful garden to the rear. Centrally located with a bus every two minutes right outside. Dog-friendly.  
The space  
The property consists of:  
  
\- a large off-street driveway with free parking.  
\- entryway with space for shoes, coats and a bicycle.  
\- bedroom with King-sized bed (for guests 1 and 2)  
\- living space/kitchen with tv, washing machine, and 2 fold-out sofa beds (for guests 3, 4 and 5)  
\- large dog bed and dog bowls  
\- massive garden  
Guest access  
There is a lockbox beside the entrance with the key to the flat inside. We will give you the pin-code upon booking. If there are any problems, we live in the house on the floors above!  
Other things to note  
We are dog friendly.  
We provide a large dog bed and dog bowls.  
Your dog will have access to a massive garden.  
We live in the house, 2 floors above you and mostly work from home so we can possibly dog-sit for a fee if you need this.
