We were a family of 5 in a single suite which was hard to find in the area. The room was clean but shows its age. Some sockets and lights did not work and the door would not lock till they came to remove the door seal. Otherwise convenient location.

Great location for museums and tube station opposite makes everything very accessible from here. The room was great, very clean, plenty of room, good shower. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was poor, whilst the selection was pretty good the food was cold every morning.

We received a very warm welcome upon registration. Our room with a king bed was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Housekeeping visited every day and kept toiletries fully stocked. We stayed a full week and even though we didn't use the restaurant or other amenities, we found the hotel to be super well-located near plenty of eateries and extremely convenient to the London underground.

Hotel was extremely comfortable, great beds, excellent room. The staff went above and beyond with extra accommodations for us when my daughter became ill, helping us organise breakfast in our room and late check out at short notice. Natural History Museum is vey close by and definitely worth a visit, make sure to book in advance to avoid the queue! Plenty of amenities and dining options nearby, great transport options and a beautiful area to explore! Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back for a return visit!

Centrally located. Easy to get to museums easy access to subway. Lots of restaurants, groceries, bakeries near by. Friendly staff, most were helpful. Took a few requests to get new towels and have sofa bed made.
