The Space: INTRODUCTION The studio features an open-plan layout with defined areas for sleeping, dining, relaxing, and light working. Large industrial-style windows allow plenty of natural light, while exposed brickwork and wooden flooring reflect the building’s warehouse character, giving the space a clean, urban feel. The sleeping area includes a king-size bed with basic bedding. The living space provides seating and a small dining area, suitable for everyday use. The compact kitchen is functional and equipped for basic cooking needs. The studio also includes a private bathroom with a shower, kept clean and practical for daily use. Overall, the space is designed for guests who value location, space, and functionality rather than luxury finishes. This accommodation is best suited for short or medium stays in central London. Unlike soulless, brand-new hotel rooms, our spaces feel genuinely lived-in, offering a more authentic East London experience. THINGS TO NOTE: The property is located very close to an underground/metro line and busy city streets. Some noise should be expected, and the room may not be suitable for light sleepers. This is a city-centre warehouse-style building with limited sound insulation, so noise from neighbouring rooms or outside may occasionally be heard. The room is simply and sparsely decorated, focusing on functionality rather than decorative or luxury furnishings. The accommodation provides basic amenities.
