Combining classic architectural features with eclectic charm, the home offers comfort, privacy, and style in equal measure. The entrance hallway is light and airy, opening onto a semi open-plan living and dining area with wooden flooring, dual-aspect windows, and a dedicated workspace. This inviting space leads into a large lounge with two plush sofas and a TV – ideal for relaxing after a day out on Hampstead Heath. The adjacent kitchen, accessed via double glass doors, is fully equipped for home cooking and beautifully appointed. It’s the perfect spot to prepare meals with fresh produce from the many artisan shops and delis found nearby. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, built-in wardrobes, and a sleek en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and underfloor heating. The second bedroom has a double bed and ample storage, with access to a contemporary family bathroom complete with bathtub and overhead shower. Throughout the home you’ll find tasteful décor, elegant design details, and a warm, homely feel. Very clean, spacious and in a great location. About 8 minutes walk to train station and 5 minutes walk to Belsize Village. Lovely outlook. Be aware, if you have lots of luggage, that the apartment is on the top floor and there is no lift. However, there are only three apartments in the block so it is not noisy.
