### Cozy 1 bedroom flat near Tower Bridge

Cosy, newly-refurbished double bedroom in central London minutes away from St Katherine's Dock, Tower Bridge, popular Shoreditch, Bricklane, Spitalfields & Borough Market, the Shard and a few minutes tube ride to Soho.  
  
Inside, the open living and kitchen area is well lit, while the comfortable bed is a great place to cocoon yourself away at the end of a long day.  
The apartment can accommodate up to three guests (at full capacity, the third guest will have to sleep on the sofa bed).  
The apartment features a spacious bedroom with king size bed, living room with sofa bed and TV, modern bathroom and fully equipped kitchen.  
  
We like to give our guests privacy, however we’re at the other side of the phone and we’ll be available for any questions throughout your stay.  
  
Undoubtedly one of London's most atmospheric riverside areas, packed with maritime history and still retaining a real Dickensian feel to many parts of it on account of its many cobbled streets. The old wharfs and spice and tea warehouses that the area is filled with have almost all now been snapped up and converted by hip media types, wanting to live the NY-style loft dream.  
The area is also well-known for its many historic riverside pubs, gloriously cosy in wintertime and good for sun soaking come summertime.  
  
Local tip: The Dickens Inn, Captain Kidd, Town of Ramsgate and Prospect of Whitby are wonderful nearby pubs with a rich history.  
  
Tower Bridge, St Katherine's Docks, Shoreditch, Bricklane, Spitalfields, the City and Canary Wharf are all so close you can walk to them.  
  
Twenty minutes on the DLR and you're in Canary Wharf, while twenty minutes tube ride in the opposite direction will take you to the heart of the City of London.  
There's plenty within walking distance too: the Tower of London and Tower Bridge are a little over ten minutes' walk.  
  
Away from the tourist masses, discover great international restaurants and bars dotted throughout Shoreditch and Brick Lane, around a twenty-minute stroll north of your base.  
  
You will be very central, a short walk or tube ride away from main tourist attractions, restaurants, cafes and pubs.  
  
The flat is located only a few minutes away from Tower Hill and Tower Gateway underground stations (only 5 minutes’ walk).  
Aldgate East station is also 9 minutes away.  
  
Uber or Taxi cost is relatively low from central parts of London to Home.  
  
Please note: the flat is on 3rd floor without lift. Please take this into account when booking. For those with mobility issues, the flat isn’t recommended unfortunately.  
  
Also please note: you will be facing the busy main road, therefore despite the double windows, please expect traffic noise coming from the street, especially in the summer when windows are open.

Für Bewertung hätte ich etwas besseres erwartet. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Frische saubere Bettwäsche und Sauberkeit gut bis sehr gut, aber die Wohnung an sich war sehr abgewohnt. Hier fehlt eine kleine Renervierung und etwas mehr Liebe. Bei der Badezimmertür war die Türklinke defekt, die Dusche funktioniert nicht richtig (Achtung Verbrennungsgefahr), Fußbodenleisten defekt, Fenster undicht (also laut und es zieht), auf der Schlafcouch tut dir alles weh, der Verdunklungsvorhang ist ein Provisorium, aber die Küche ist von der Ausstattung ok. Die Lage ist sehr gut in der der nähe des Towers und der Underground oder DLR. Wäre die Wohnung mit Minimalen Kosten renoviert, hätte ich auch ein 9 gegeben. So kann ich nur eine 6 geben, auch wenn das wahrscheinlich der normale englische Standart ist,...Sorry Clarissa aber hier muss ich fair bleiben.
