This property is tailor-made for families, contractors, working professionals, and those seeking extended stays. This fully-equipped apartment can comfortably sleep 4 people. There is parking available, we will provide a parking permit. Key Features: Bedroom 1 has a comfortable double bed, a wardrobes with hangers, laminated floors and blackout curtains. Bedroom 2 has 2 comfortable single beds, a double wardrobe with hangers, the window overlooking the back garden, and blackout blinds. The lounge is relaxing and peaceful, with a window overlooking the road. There is a 4-seater sofa. There is a dining area for 4 people. The TV is a 43 inch Smart Samsung 4K HDR giving precision sharp picture quality. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and amenities including oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, and 4-slice toaster. Le trajet est un peu long au vu de l'état du réseau et la gare est en zone 4\. Lucretia qui gère l'appartement est disponible, patiente et répond immédiatement. It's a very nice, clean, modern flat with everything that one might need.
