Enjoy this trendy and contemporary 1st floor 2 bedroom flat.  
The space has all modern creature comforts such as Wi-Fi, multiple smart TV’s, and a coffee machine.  
The space incorporates 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom room suite. There is space to accommodate 5 people comfortably.  
1 off-street driveway space and unrestricted road parking available on the main road.  
Located centrally to local amenities and transport links.  
4 min walk to the Station.  
  
I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I'm only a phone call/message away.  
  
A modern self contained 2 bedroom apartment, cost effective for the present day traveller. Easily accessed, situated in a great residential location within minutes walking distance of Brimsdown railway station for travel to central London. There also lots of local shops and a McDonald's drive thru nearby.  
  
Access to the apartment is granted via a shared lobby area which leads to an entrance door and single flight of stairs.  
  
The apartment is the perfect ‘private’ intimate space for 2 couples, small families, a group of friends, tourists or contractors. 1 Driveway space as well as Unrestricted road parking is available on the main road.  
4-6 mins walk to Brimsdown Bus & Train stations. Easy Access to central London.  
  
Access to the apartment is granted via a shared lobby area which leads to an entrance door and single flight of stairs.  
  
Cool, quirky space. The apartment has been Newly refurbished with trendy and contemporary decor throughout.  
The space has been set up to host and entertain you with all the modern creature comforts.  
Hi speed Wi-Fi internet is available throughout. The living room and both bedrooms feature SMART TV’s so feel free to login to all of your favourite streaming apps.  
  
There is space to accommodate 5 people comfortably.  
  
The living space is open plan, uncluttered and versatile. It includes a large flatscreen Smart TV and a dining table which can also be used as a workstation. A cosy clic clac sofa bed is available for both lounging and sleeping.  
For extra guests, we provide a comfortable sofa bed/futon setup including all necessary bedding and linens for a restful night's sleep. Additional fee required.  
  
The bedrooms have been set up with ‘Cosy’ in mind and allow for you to leave your troubles behind and experience peace and happiness. Be prepared for plush blankets and cuddle worthy pillows.  
The master bedroom features a king size bed with a memory foam topped mattress, perfect for Sunday morning lay-ins.  
Bedroom 2 contains a double bed with a memory foam topped mattress.  
Both the bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes, ample storage, mood lamps for reading as well as ambiance, and day night shutter blinds for privacy.  
  
A fully equipped kitchen awaits to include features such as a dish washer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and a variety of Nescafé pods for the coffee connoisseurs in your group. Complimentary Tea bags are also provided.  
  
The bathroom features an L-shaped shower-bath to give the best of both worlds.  
There is a backlit illuminated mirror.  
The bathroom space also incorporates a mini laundrette with independent washing and drying machines.  
  
Smoking is kept to the designated outside area which is by the end of the driveway.
