Nous avons dormi à l'hôtel!!Nous fermons la porte de l'appartement avec les clés à l'intérieur (un double des clés était dans l'appartement mais nous n'avions pas eu l'info)Nous échangeons par messagerie Abritel avec le contact NourNest de la location qui nous informe que d'autres clés sont disponibles dans une autre boite à clés. Avant 20h nous essayons le code fourni mais il n'ouvre pas la boite à clés!!!!!Nous essayons de contacter NourNest via la messagerie et par téléphone pendant plus de 2h... sans aucune réponse !!!!A 22h, nous ne savons pas où nos enfant et nous allons dormir!Nous somme donc forcés de trouver en urgence un hébergement.Le lendemain matin, nouveau message sur la messagerie nous fournissant encore le même code erroné pour ouvrir la boite à clés !!!Excédés, nous demandons à être appelé par quelqu'un.Nous recevons un appel d'un interlocuteur situé au Pakistan! Il nous fournit un autre code qui lui est le bon. Nous pouvons enfin retourner dans notre appartement et retrouver nos affaires.Nous n'avons reçu à ce jour aucun dédommagement de ces graves problèmes. The place is very clean, appliances were enough for all of us. The place was comfortable and cozy. The check in was very easy and we had no problems with it. Also greeted us with chocolates when we got there. We had enough of all the basic things to cook in the kitchen and also was able to do our laundry. Gerda was a very kind host and helped a lot even before we reached the accommodation. The area was very peaceful, although it’s about 30 minutes to the centre of london but there’s a lot to enjoy and visit between the place and central london. Public transportation are very easy to access and the area felt very safe for all of us even at night.
