Excellent rapport qualité / prix à Londres
Un très bel hôtel à Londres, idéal pour découvrir la capitale. A proximité immédiate de Bricklane Street mais également de la station de métro Aldgate East (ligne district et Hammersmith). La circle line n'est pas très loin non plus. seul bémol la taille des lits, 140 de large et certainement 180 ou 190 de longueur. On dort bien mais il ne faut pas trop se retourner pendant son sommeil... sous peine de finir par terre.

Quick access to underground but Adelgate did not have a lift so it was a bit difficult. The area around the hotel felt a bit sketchy.

Cet hôtel est vraiment beau, décoré dans un style britannique de bon goût. Le personnel était extrêmement sympathique, j’ai beaucoup voyagé et le Clayton à vraiment la chance d’avoir une équipe au top ! J’ai eu des soucis de réservation (covid par 2 fois, annulation) et l’hôtel a toujours tout fait pour m’aider, en me remboursant mes premières réservations. La suite était sublime et très agréable, j’ai très bien dormi. Je tâcherai de revenir ! (Gros plus : situé en plein coeur de la ville, parfait pour des visites)

Un peu décevant dans l'ensemble vu le prix;check in laborieux et n'ayant pas pris en compte nos demandes de départ;hotel collé à un chantier de construction qui démarre à 8 h;staff très désorganisé (gros turn over du personnel peut être à cause du Covid?);pas d'amenities dans la salle de bain (produit qui fait shampoing et savon mains/corps, un peu léger pour un 4 étoiles) points positifs: petit déjeuner varié et possibilité de commander d'autres produits que ceux du buffet;belle déco industrielle;propreté;station de métro à 20m

Service très chaleureux et hôtel très propre , personnel très disponible et serviable . L’hôtel est placé à 100metre de la station métro et à tout les commerces et bon restaurant à moins de 3 minutes à pied . Les chambres sont calmes et propre . I had a lengthy but enjoyable stay while here on my work trip. The management Daniel and Ezaz went out of there way to ensure I felt welcomed and assisted me throughout my stay. I would recommend this hotel.

I stayed in this hotel in the Deluex Double Room for five days and four nights on May 14-18, 2024. The overall cleanliness of the hotel is averaged. There are obvious stains on the towel, which are basically unuseable. The size of the double bed is small, the mattress and pillow are not comfortable, very hard, and can't sleep well at night. The shower in the bathroom is not strong enough, but there is a supply of hand sanitiser, shower gel, body cream and shampoo. The front desk service is average. The receptionist's attitude is unfriendly. We didn't feel warmly treated. The hotel room service cleaners were impolite. The only thing worth adding to the front desk service is that it was supposed to be check-in at 2pm and check-out at 11am. They gave us an early check-in and lately checkout at 12 noon. Another place worth adding point is that the hotel's buffet breakfast is delicious and good. The price of the hotel is high, which is not worth on it. The overall service is only average. I believe that there should be a better choice for the same price. I believe I will choose other better hotels when I come to London next time. The sound insulation of the hotel is average, and the sound of closing other rooms is often heard from time to time.

The location of the hotel is reslly convenient. The tube stop is right on the street and you can have a walk to spittalfields market. The rooms were really clean and checking in and out was really easy. Will stay again when in London!

Das Hotel ist in guter Lager - Tube in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Man hört vielleicht ein paar mehr Krankenwagen als anderswo, möglicherweise ist eine Klinik in der Nähe, aber das hält sich alles in Grenzen. Lobby und Zimmer sind sehr schön und gemütlich- das Design hat mir sehr gefallen. Auch die barrierefreiheit! Überall riecht es sehr gut, was angenehm ist! Das Bett war gemütlich und es gab auch ein federkissen zur Auswahl! Eine gute Auswahl an Tees, Wasserkocher uns ein paar Kekse lagen bereit. Ich habe mich im Zimmer sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Blick aus dem Bodentiefen Fenster fiel leider auf eine Baustelle- da kann aber das Hotel nichts für. Die war glücklicherweise auch in den Morgenstunden nicht wirklich akustisch wahrnehmbar. Einzig das Personal hätte etwas mehr auf den Gast zugehen können. Auf Nachfrage war man zwar freundlich, aber sehr kurz angebunden. In London macht man scheinbar generell sehr viel über eigenständigen Check in, dennoch finde ich es als Gast einfach schöner willkommen geheißen zu werden und von selbst ein oder zwei Infos an die Hand zu bekommen, besonders in einem Hotel dass zumindest ein wenig gehobener und keine low-budget-Unterkunft ist. Aber zumindest bei einem guten Angebot würde ich definitiv wieder kommen.

設備は綺麗、内装も豪華かつロンドン周辺にしては価格は低めでとても良かったです。 朝食はスムージーやフルーツのドリンクの種類がたくさんあり、よかったです。 アクセスは色々な路線があり良いですが、最寄駅のAldgate Eastはエレベーターがなく、ベビーカー持ちの子連れには大変でした。
