Le personnel y est très agréable, serviable et il y a toujours quelqu'un a l'accueil pour aider/guider. L'hôtel est situé juste à côté d'un centre commercial outlet, ou on peu facilement manger; pour le petit déjeuner, privilégier le restaurent juste en face qui sert des buffets petit déjeuner anglais à volonté pour 8pounds. L'hôtel est également situé à 5 Minutes à pied du métro, donc très facile d'accès pour parcourir toute la ville. Lors de notre arrivée, nous avons reçu une chambre qui ne nous convenais pas, et on nous a de suite reatribué une autre chambre sans faire d'histoires, ni même avoir besoin d'insister. La chambre est petite, mais propre. Une cuisine est mise à disposition (une pour 5ou6 chambres à chaque fois). Nous étions ravis des prestations de l'hôtel, petit bémol pour le matelas vraiment trop mou pour nous. Hôtel calme, avec une cour intérieur agréable, du personnel chaleureux. Possibilité d'y acheter directement un adaptateur pour les prises anglaises/européennes et wifi gratuit qui fonctionne très bien. On top of that the young guy at the desk had checked us into someone else name who hadn’t paid, and was insistent we wasn’t the ones who paid. So we ended up double paying, to then be put in the wrong room. When it was eventually sorted out the room was decent, but the floor was dirty. The shower is very very small and cramped, only 2 pillows provided for both people. It is also a very small double bed and is against the wall so one person is trapped. But on the plus side it was cheap.
