This seventh-floor apartment provides a practical base in Belgravia, offering two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a private balcony with elevated views. Its central position, close to both Victoria Station and Sloane Square, makes it a convenient spot for exploring London.  
  
• Living Area: Open-plan lounge with sofa, dining table, and access to the balcony. Large windows allow plenty of natural light.  
• Kitchen: Fully fitted with oven, hob, fridge-freezer, and washing machine, along with the basics for everyday cooking.  
• Bedrooms: Two double bedrooms, each furnished with a standard bed and storage.  
• Bathroom: One bathroom with a shower and WC.  
• Outdoor Space: Private balcony with elevated views across the surrounding streets.

From the apartment, you are within a 10-minute walk of both Sloane Square and Victoria, giving you access to boutiques on King’s Road, the Saatchi Gallery, and a wide selection of cafés and dining options.  
  
Nearby you will also find landmarks such as Buckingham Palace, the Royal Parks of Green Park and St James’s Park, and the theatres of Victoria. Knightsbridge and Harrods are just over a mile away, offering world-class shopping.  
  
The apartment is well connected to the rest of London, with several stations nearby:  
  
• Victoria Station (National Rail, Underground and Gatwick Express) – approx. 0.4 miles / 8-minute walk  
  
• Sloane Square Underground Station (District and Circle lines) – approx. 0.5 miles / 10-minute walk  
  
• London Buses run frequently along Ebury Street and nearby main roads, linking to wider central London.

With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards..
