Insonorisation nulle. Espace sous la porte d'entrée qui fait qu'on entend tt le monde ds le couloir.aucun contact avec les loueurs, on se débrouille avec les instructions reçus par mail en anglais. (photos à l'appui )nous avons loué cette chambre 6 jours, personne n'est venu changer le linge de maison . L'appartement est très petit et ne convient pas pour plus de 2 personnes ,la mezzanine n'est pas du tout pratique , le plafond est à 1m 30 du sol et l'escalier très dangereux .... ne pas y coucher d'enfants en bas âge . les couverts sont très limités (2 couteaux pour 4) et le four ne sert à rien ( sale et aucun plat pour le four ) . la salle d'eau est très minuscule . L'appartement ne comporte pas un lit et un canapé lit mais deux lits. La chambre se résume à une mezzanine de hauteur maximale 1m. Dans la pièce de vie le second lit occupe toute la place. La table est pour une seule personne or l'appartement est prévu pour 4 personnes. Nous avons dû réclamer des chaises (il y en avait une seule) . The first night was really noisy people coming and going up until 3am and then from 5am so no sleep that night. The second night was better but maybe I was so tired from the first night I just didn't hear them. The apartment was small and cramped with really basic furniture, a microwave sink and a fridge which didn't get cold. There was a small freezer which had about 3 inches of frost inside which stopped the door from shutting. The one good thing was the shower room which was in good order, the sink was really small so difficult to get a shave in and the shower was also cramped but water pressure was good and the water was hot. There was a problem with Sky so I reported it and someone came round about an hour later, reset the sky box wherever that was and then retuned the TV and it came back up. The information on the webpage did not seem to match with the reality. The room was reduced by about 60%. At that price it was good value, but I did not think it was worth anywhere near the full price. It was a largish sitting room that had been cleverly adapted to include a small shower cubicle and toilet. There was also quite a well equipped small kitchen area. However the ceiling of shower room and kitchen space had been lowered to allow for a mezzanine deck with the bed. This meant that the headroom where the bed was situated was just to low for comfort and the ladder to the bed was much too steep for most people. Monolocale in un quartiere residenziale a pochi minuti da due stazioni della metro (West Kensington sulla District e Barons Court sulla Piccadilly, aperta tutta la notte). L'appartamento (noi avevamo uno standard) era in un seminterrato raggiungibile da una scala esterna all'edificio principale seguendo le istruzioni inviate 2 giorni prima della partenza (fatte di codici, codicini e chiavi in mini cassaforti stile escape game). Buon wi-fi gratis e cucina ben accessoriata (frigo e freezer che non siamo risuciti ad accendere, fornelli a induzione, forno, microonde, lavastoviglie, utensili da cucina ma zero generi di primo conforto). Le dolenti note: aprendo la porta praticamente si andava a sbattere sulla porta del bagno, ridicolmente piccolo con doccia e lavandino lillipuziani, la stanza principale era separata dal mini atrio da un'inspiegabile e pesantissima porta antincendio con finestra. Il letto era passabile ma la testiera rotta cigolava ad ogni minimo movimento. La cosa peggiore era la pulizia inesistente (pavimento e muri sporchi, capelli sul copriletto); zero insonorizzazione, asciugamani (uno a testa) di dimensioni medie e sporchi, mai cambiati durante il soggiorno. The location was great, the check in system is brilliant, the location, easy to get to 4mins from West Kensington Station. Perfect for a late finish. I was exhausted, I climbed the stairs, the room was petité but I was only there to sleep. There was a bit of dust and fluff on the floor, and the general cleanliness of the room was not great. But it was the bed that really ruined my stay it was just so unbelievably noisy. Where even the slightest movement would produce a creak so loud as to almost echo in the tiny room. It was, grating... I am a restless sleeper..
