Designed by the renowned architect Ernő Goldfinger, this flat holds historical significance as the architect’s personal residence during the building’s construction.  
  
Situated on the 15th floor of this 26-story landmark, the apartment boasts a private balcony with panoramic views of Canary Wharf’s striking skyline.  
  
Residents of Balfron Tower enjoy access to exclusive amenities, including a rooftop garden, cinema room, yoga studio, and modern shared workspaces.  
  
Designed with a sophisticated contemporary style, the apartment features elegant furnishings and premium finishes. The bright and spacious living area includes a chic sofa, armchair, coffee table, and dining table for four, as well as a TV for your entertainment. Sliding glass doors open onto the balcony, offering breathtaking views of Canary Wharf and the River Thames.  
  
The kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line Bosch appliances, including an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and a convenient washer/dryer to meet all your needs.  
  
Each of the four bedrooms is bright and inviting, furnished with plush double beds, bedside tables, and ample wardrobe space. Blackout curtains ensure a restful night’s sleep after a day of exploring the city. Please note that, even though the flat has four double beds, it is designed to accommodate a maximum of six guests.
