The living area is furnished with a flat-screen TV and dining table and can also be used as a work-from-home space. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, suitable for working from home and making video calls. The fully equipped kitchen has an electric tea kettle, sink, toaster, refrigerator, stove, Dolce Vertuo coffee machine, and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. The apartment has a combination clothes washer and dryer. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available. All bedrooms are street facing and furnished with double beds and quality mattresses. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has two full bathrooms with bathtub/shower, toilet and sink. The first bathroom is en-suite to the bedroom, the second is accessible via the hallway. Additional WC is located on the ground floor. The bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay. Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability. The apartment features a private entrance for added comfort, convenience, and privacy. Great location - easy access to train or bus allowing us to get to the sights of central London within about 10 minutes. London Eye is a nice walk along the Thames about 40 minutes. We noticed water leaking onto the downstairs floor from the upstairs bathroom on our second day. We were told not to use the upstairs toilet and they would send an engineer. They caulked the main bathtub and the upstairs toilet still never flushed properly. The leaking water improved but did not totally stop. The last two days of our vacation we had no warm or hot water whatsoever. We wrote to management and they asked us to send pictures of the broiler that was behind a locked cabinet and they never sent us the code to the lock until after we had to check out! We called for help and never got a response. We could not shower at all the last two days of our vacation. We asked for a partial refund for bot having hot water and the management company refused.
