### Charming 2BR w/parking, Mill Hill, 10min Tube

Welcome to a charming 2BR apartment just a 10-minute walk from Mill Hill Broadway Station, only a 25-minute direct train ride from central London’s Farringdon Station. You will enjoy a peaceful day exploring charming local cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby, as well as relaxing in scenic parks. The Royal Air Force Museum in Colindale is only a 30-minute stroll away for a unique outing. The convenience of guest parking on-site for easy access during your stay!  
Step into this cosy, first-floor apartment featuring a bright and inviting living room. Relax on the stylish two-seater sofa and armchair with a coffee table, or enjoy the large flat-screen TV.  
  
In the same open space, by the window, is a dining area with seats for six.  
  
The fully equipped kitchen is located in a separate room accessible from the living area, offering everything you need to prepare your favorite meals.  
  
The apartment includes two bedrooms with double beds, dressed in hotel-quality linens; one bedroom also provides a large wardrobe for added convenience.  
  
The bathroom features a bath with a shower option, complimentary toiletries, and soft towels for your comfort.  
  
Before your arrival, the apartment will be professionally cleaned to ensure a fresh and welcoming atmosphere.  
  
I hope you enjoy your stay and feel right at home!  
You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.  
I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!  
  
Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.  
  
Whilst I will not be available in person, I the engage help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!  
  
Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. Latest check-out time is 1pm.  
Unauthorised late check out will be charged at £50 per hour.  
  
Please don't move any furniture around the house, if you do, please move it back to where it was when you checked in.  
  
If the furniture is not in the correct place after your check out, you would be charged 100 GBP.  
  
Smoking is strongly prohibited, penalty £500
