Enjoy your stay in a newly renovated, self-contained recently renovated studio annex flat on the raised ground floor of a beautiful Victorian house. It boasts an en-suite, a fully-equipped kitchenette, and modern conveniences like Alexa and TV with FireTV, washing machine, small hob, oven/microwave/grill combo. It's fresh, clean, and perfect for relaxation. It is an annex flat and so there is a tiny shared hallway at the front but both flats are completely self contained and have their own lockable front doors so there are no shared spaces. It also boasts being just a stone's throw away from the beautiful Bushy Park.  
  
For work or relaxation, the flat and park provide the perfect setting.  
  
Socialites will love the well-loved local pub just steps away and easy access to nightlife in Kingston, Richmond, Vauxhall, and Central London.
