The apartment was bright and sunny and had been thoroughly cleaned before our visit. The bedrooms and bed were very comfortable. The apartment was well appointed with everything that we could have asked for. The neighborhood was nice and quiet as well as close to the London Bridge Underground station which we utilized often. We had a few minor issues and were very thankful for the prompt, 24-hour customer service that was very responsive and quickly resolved our questions. Thanks to the entire team!
