The downsides were more, there is no direct number to contact City relay. Everytime we called we got lettings team and it was painful. There seemed to be no one in the guest relations team. The whats app message response time was also slow. There is no microwave or television in the apartment. These are usually minimum standard in short lets. There was no change of sheets in the 4 weeks we stayed there. When we enquired we were told had to pay a bit extra for change of sheets. The ensuite bathroom had mold and the rug in the master bedroom was stained. There was no vaccum cleaner in the apartment and we had to go all the way downstairs to share the one used in the building. The central heating didnt work but it seems they already knoew because they had 3 portable heaters in the apartment. We asked for someone to please come and check the heating but they just wouldnt insisting instead that we send pictures and videos via whats app. Overall it wasnt the best experience.apartmentwhich we took ##### Augustina O.
