This spacious, modern 2-bedroom apt features 2 bathrooms and an open plan kitchen and living room with a balcony. It is 15 minutes from Camden Town, located on a peaceful road. The apartment entrance is on the 2nd floor, accessible via lift; the flat has amenities like a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. The living area has a sofa, dining table, chairs and a Smart TV. Fiber WiFi is available throughout.

The entrance is on the 2nd floor via elevator.  
  
OPEN PLAN LIVING and KITCHEN:  
\- A fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso machine, dishwasher  
\- An open living area with a comfy sofa, a Smart TV, a dining table with chairs and a floor lamp.  
\- Private balcony  
  
BEDROOM 1 / ENSUITE:  
\- Features a King-size bed (200cm x 150cm), a spacious wardrobe, and bedside lamps.  
Ensuite bathroom with shower.

\- Features a Double bed (190cm x 135cm), a wardrobe, and a desk with a monitor  
  
All windows are fitted with double-glazing, and the apartment boasts underfloor heating with individual temperature controls for each room.
