I am pleased to invite you to my professionally managed bright self-contained studio, perfect for couples, friends, and those on business trips. Located between two of the most sought-after neighbourhoods in London: Paddington and Bayswater, this place boasts excellent travel links across London:  
Hyde Park - 10 min walk  
Kensington Gardens - 7 min walk  
Oxford Str - 13 min  
Big Ben - 25 min  
V&A Museum - 18 min  
Green Park - 15 min  
Enjoy this home away from home and benefit from its great location!  
  
The space  
\- The studio is situated on the top fourth floor with stairs.  
\- The lounge area is classic and stylish with storage space, a comfortable sofa and plasma TV.  
\- There is a beautiful dining space with seats for 3 guests. The separate modern kitchen includes all cooking utensils, pots and pans are supplied.  
\- The bedroom area bright and airy with storage space, the bed is set with fresh hotel-quality linen.  
\- The studio has good air-flow in summer and is nice and warm during winter, thanks to efficient radiators.  
\- In the bathroom, you will find fluffy towels and toiletries.  
\- The apartment will be professionally cleaned and set-up to Hotel standards before you arrive.

You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.  
  
Other things to note  
\-I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!  
  
\-Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £20 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.  
  
\-I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30.  
  
\-Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!  
  
\-Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.  
  
\-Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm.  
Unauthorised late check out will be charged at £50 per hour.
