Room was smallish but we knew that going in. Staff was great, great shower, clean, bed comfy but bouncy. Hyde park right across the street. Variety of pubs and restaurants close by. Tube and bus close by. Hear a few bumps on occassion from upstairs.

Room on top floor was too small for a double ,no room for bedside tables and no room to get into bed on one side.The shower was pathetic . The breakfast and staff were excellent .

We arrived a little early and our room wasn’t ready which we had no issue with at all, we had no plans so enjoyed just sitting in the lovely reception/bar area and were provided with some free drinks. The staff were lovely. Breakfast the next day was the best I’ve ever had in a hotel. I’d definitely stay again. Access into London was easy and only around 20 mins. ☺️
