The accommodations were comfortable and the decor was lovely. The bathrooms were a good size and the flat has plenty of room to stash luggage. The beds were comfortable after a long day of walking around. We liked that there was a blow dryer and washing machine/ dryer available. The BEST part of this location was the charming neighborhood with so many good restaurants. We stayed at this apartment several years ago and rebooked for our recent visit. The apartment is comfortable, the living area is cozy and the kitchen is well-equipped. We love the Chelsea neighborhood and enjoyed the restaurants, shopping, and even the grocery store one block away! Using public transportation from there was easy and relatively quick. We had a great time staying at this apartment. Checking in was so easy and the management company arranged for a car to pick us up at the airport. The apartment was so comfortable and had absolutely everything we needed for our ten day stay. We have stayed in apartments throughout Europe, and for the price, this was the most comfortable.We really liked the location and were able to do everything throughout London using the underground. We liked being on the second floor and enjoy walking the stairs and to the subway, but if mobility is an issue then this apartment would not do. The management company left a thorough booket for renters, the unit was very clean and well maintained, the kitchen worked perfectly, and there was plenty of hot water and heat. The main bath shower is terrible, can’t lather without a ton on water getting on you. Need to change the shower head. Plus the listing did not say it was at the damn top floor, so you are out of breath each time you get there. Furniture and beds were worn out and uncomfortable. So dusty that our allergies kicked in.
