Located moments from the All England Lawn Tennis & Croquet Club, this three-bedroom home is sensational for those attending the world-famous Grand Slam. Outside of the championships, it has an unrivalled southwest London location with Southfields, Wimbledon Village and Wimbledon Common on the doorstep, plus easy access to Central London. The ultimate home for any guest after generous size, space and an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Serene, private and with lush verdant space, this semi-detached home showcases typical 1930s British architecture. Immediately inviting, the home is set off the road and is accessed by its own sunken driveaway (shared by the adjoining property) offering guests an added sense of privacy. Surrounded by leafy trees, a pathway winds through the front garden to deliver guests to the private front door. Inside, the main living areas are located off the entrance hall, brilliantly light and composed. With a modern configuration, the large open-plan living space incorporates a dining area, contemporary kitchen and relaxed lounge. A double aspect allows views to both the front and rear garden, further illuminated by large bay windows to the front. Ideal for families or larger groups, this home’s conviviality is hard to beat with the kitchen’s breakfast bar for more informal mealtimes.
