The bright and spacious living room includes a large L-shaped sofa, a smart TV, and access to a balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine at the table and chairs. A desk and free WiFi throughout the apartment make it ideal for those who need to work. Other Things to Note: \-Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in. \-All guests must present their passport/ID upon check-in \-For check-ins after 10pm there will be fees \-If you fail to arrive at the property within an hour from your scheduled arrival time there will be a fee of £10 for each extra hour you are late. The bathroom is halfway down that flight of stairs which means you have to navigate steep stairs if you need to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. - lumpy bed, quite uncomfortable you can literally feel the springs! ##### April R.
