Presenting a luxury two bedroom house with stunning high specification interior finish. The property features bespoke cabinetry with fine wood and fabric detailing, coupled with high ceilings and natural lighting. Furthermore this unique residence benefits from one of London's most prestigious locations in the highly affluent fashion district of Knightsbridge and neighbours the world renowned and infamous Harrods department store.  
  
The residence consists of a ground floor reception room with solid hard wood floors, bespoke bookcase and dining table to seat 8, fully fitted kitchen with granite work surfaces and professional grade Gaggenau appliances with subzero refrigerator, lounge and cinema room which is perfect for entertaining with a 46' plasma screen television, Crestron surround sound system and mini bar. The first floor consists of a master bedroom with fitted wardrobes, built-in television, en-suite bathroom with separate shower, marble finish and a further plasma screen, a second double bedroom with en-suite shower room. The property further benefits from a study, guest cloak room, under floor heating, electronic blinds and off street parking.

Guests will have full and exclusive access to all areas of the property.  
  
Access can include our private gated parking spot in front of the house at a rate of £20/day.  
  
At Swix we provide excellent guest support to make each stay personal and straightforward.  
  
The Victoria and Albert Museum and the Natural History Museum are located just 5 minutes away on foot and showcase decorative arts and sciences, as well as displaying feature exhibitions.  
  
In addition, the Royal Albert Hall and beautiful Hyde Park is located just 10 minutes away on foot for guests to explore the best of the performing arts and green space that London has to offer.  
  
The residence is highly connected to all major travel networks, most notably Heathrow Airport 30 minutes by taxi or direct via the Piccadilly Line to Knightsbridge Underground Station located just 5 minutes walk away.  
All guests must adhere to our minimum age requirement of 26 years of age. Apart from children under the age of 18 years old accompanied by their legal guardian.
