Pros: colors, layout, kitchen was great. Close to bus stops and convenient store on corner. For US families note there is no AC, no dryer only washing machine and it’s a basement flat so airflow is minimal with 1 fan. Cons: Property security is lacking at main entrance (unpatched hole), flat entrance door handle is coming off and there are no screens on windows which open right into neighbors back patio. Little things: There was a bit mold in shower niche. Synthetic sheets on beds which make them hot, especially as we stayed during the summer, and there are no flat sheets. Sofa size is appropriate if there is only two guests. There is a window in between the 2 bedrooms, although there is shade to pull for privacy.
