The place was clean and well equipped enough. The patio area was nice but people above us were quite noisy. The only downside is that the Wi-Fi was nearly inexistant.

Ein wunderbare familienfreundliche Unterkunft. Wir hatten eine Villa mit Meerblick gebucht. Top Lage, Pool direkt in der Nähe, durch angenehm natürlich angeordnete Unterkünfte wirkt alles sehr harmonisch. Gepflegte Begrünung. Auf Fragen reagiert man sehr zügig. Wir hatte spontan nach einem Kinderbett gefragt. Nach kurzer Zeit stand es bereits vor unserer Tür :-) Angebundenes BBQ Lokal ebenso sehr gut. Man kümmert sich ohne aufdrinfglich zu sein.

Die Wohneinheiten sind gut verteilt und von vielen Sträuchern und Büschen umgeben, sodass die Privatsphäre gewahrt bleibt. Der Pool ist gepflegt, Service und Essen im BBQ und in der Strandbar waren gut. Schade war, dass wir innerhalb einer Woche nur einmal Liegen und einen Schirm reservieren konnten. Der Strand war extrem voll. Die Mitarbeitenden der Rezeption waren in der Regel hilfsbereit und höflich.

Lu Nibareddu is a very beautiful and cozy hotel. The pools are very well kept, so is the residence as well, the staff is super friendly and the breakfast is delicious with many options. It's like a 2 minutes by car (or a 15 minutes walk) to a very beautiful beach (Taverna). Keep in mind that it's located on a hill so walking is a bit of a challenge. However, being on a hill gives you this incredible sea view. Also, the rooms are very noisy (you can hear your neighbour snoring :) ). The nearest supermarket is a 10 minutes car ride away, and there are some (but not many eating places in the area). However, this gives it a very quiet and tranquility vibe. Overall we had a very pleasant stay!!

Es war alles toll und es hat uns an nichts gemangelt. Unser Apartment war sauber und sehr gemütlich. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Das Restaurant BBQ war das Beste in der Umgebung und auch der Strand Porto Taverna war für uns mit Abstand der Schönste. Ein Cocktail in der eigenen Strandbar La Tavernetta Beach ist sehr zu empfehlen. Der Blick über die Bucht ist von dort aus sehr schön.

Eine schön gelegene Unterkunft, die sich prima für einen Urlaub mit Kindern und Hunden eignet. Die Appartements und kleinen Häuschen verteilen sich schön auf der Anlage. Wir waren 4 Wochen dort und sind generell sehr zufrieden. Die Pools waren toll angelegt und sauber. Der Hotelstrand ist sauber und bietet einen schönen Sonnenuntergang in der Beachbar. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich zu uns. Kleinere Kritikpunkte sind folgende: - das beworbene Fußballfeld gibt es aktuell nicht - der Kinderspielplatz war zum Saisonstart noch in einem schlechten Zustand und wurde erst bei unserer Abreise gerichtet - da man den Müll selbst in Glas, Plastik/Aluminium, Kompost, Papier und Restmüll trennen und in den Müllcontainern vor Ort entsorgen muss, wäre es wünschenswert eine entsprechende Anzahl an Mülleimern im Appartement zu haben - kein Muss aber schön wäre es, wenn versucht werden würde die Hotelanlage ein wenig so einzuteilen, dass Familien eher beieinander sind und die Hochzeits-Feierenden eher für sich sind. Da es hier schon ein paar Reibungspunkte gab, über die wir aber hinweggesehen haben.

Schöne Anlage an guter Lage
Schöne, grosszügige Anlage an perfekter Ausgangslage für Strandferien. Zwei schöne, sehr saubere Pools. Die Appartements (ich spreche hier von Villa Standard) sind sehr geräumig. Die sehr kleine Küche ist leider sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Kein Dampfabzug über dem Kochfeld und auch keine Beleuchtung. Auch die Badezimmer sind sehr klein, vor allem die Duschen. Duschen mit Duschvorhang - sehr unhygienisch. Für mich ein absolutes no go! Sanonst aber alles in Ordnung!

Casa molto piccola per tre persone. Camera matrimoniale senza spazio x muoversi o aprire la valigia. Zanzariere solo alle finestre (non alle porte) nessun campioncino da bagno o zampironi. We hadden een appartement met zeezicht, het allermooiste plekje denk ik wel. Fantastisch om met zo’n uitzicht wakker te worden. Appartement ziet er gezellig uit, is schoon. Helaas ontzettend gehorig. Je hoort de buren alsof ze bij je in het appartement staan. Douche is heerlijk warm. Airco doet het goed, helaas maar 1 unit, de ouderslaapkamer wordt niet echt koel. Hoogte verschil op het park is flink, voor mensen die wat mindere conditie hebben erg lastig denk ik. WiFi was ok, personeel behulpzaam. Zijn in het BBQ restaurant geweest, erg lekker maar duur.

Wir hatten eine Villa mit 2 Schlafzimmern und einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Zimmer waren nett im sardischen Stil eingerichtet. Ausstattung war in Ordnung - allerdings wären noch Weingläser und Liegen für die Terrasse nett gewesen. Pools sind super - ein Pool kann sogar rund um die Uhr benützt werden. Strand ist nur 2 Autominuten entfernt und es gibt einen eigenen Parkpatz dort, wo immer etwas frei war. Der Strand ist wunderschön und die beiden zum Hotel gehörenden Lokale sehr empfehlenswert.

We highly recommend that if you have the opportunity to visit Sardinia to do so. We were not overly impressed with our stay and if we have the opportunity to visit Sardinia again we may stay somewhere else. The resort is very remote, nearly every room is a separate cottage with its own bathroom and patio and the next nearest town is about half a mile away. There is no A/C and we were told that there would be wifi but there was no service in our room. You can check in after 22.00 if you let the staff know ahead of time however we informed them that we would be there around 23.30 however our flight was delayed. Our flight was scheduled to leave after 22.00 so by the time it was delayed and we tried to call no one answered the phone so we were charged a 20 euro late check in fee. You must also pay a 100 euro refundable damage deposit at check in. The hotel restaurants were wonderful, equal to or better than the other restaurants we ate in around Sardinia. The beach is gorgeous, we took the shuttle there every day and walked the .7 miles back every afternoon (you can schedule a shuttle pick up, we recommend you rent a car if you visit). The views are unbeatable and the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall, we were pleased with the stay it was just a little rough check in and the stay was a little different than we anticipated but if you know what the rooms and area will be like ahead of time you will enjoy the stay.

We had a great apartment with a lovely big terrace. It was clean and fairly well equipped, although the beds would be hard for some people. The private beach parking was really good and the beach was so lovely with the clearest sea! The beach bar and restaurant were great too. Would recommend having a car as although there is a beach shuttle it is not very frequent and it is a long walk from beach to main hotel site with children. The two pools were also great for the kids. Overall we had a good stay.

What you expect and hope for for one night stay,
Very acceptable and clean and pleasant, get a see view. Staff very helpful and nice, happy for one night stay, but would not like a eek here, a bit of a holiday camp. But what would you expect. Linked restaurant and beach bar Tavenette was excellent. Slight cheek asked for extra cash for air controller, but did not pay in the end.

Unsere Ferienanlage liegt auf einem Hügel an dem meistens eine angenehme Brise weht. Die Appartements ohne Klimaanlage verfügen über Ventilatoren. Das italienische Frühstücksbuffet besteht aus Croissants, frischem Kuchen, Cornflakes, Müsli, verschiedenen Joghurtsorten, verschiedenen Marmeladen, Obstsäften, Zwieback, Löffelbiskuit, frischem Brot (Weissbrot, Vollkornbrot, Toastbrot), Schinken, Käse, gekochten Eiern, frischem Obst, Kaffee, Cappuccino, Milch, Tee, Wasser. Nice hotel but needs improvement
You truly need to rent a car if you want to stay at this hotel because the beach, the shops, restaurants, etc are truly far. I loved the place! Sea views are outstanding but I hated how they kept 100€ as soon as we arrived until the day we left as a deposit as I now have 100€ which didn't enjoy spending there and will have to change for ponds so may get a lower rate. Also I found so ridiculous to have to pay for towels and toilet paper (still in shock). Do not expect the staff to give you directions anywhere as I asked them how to get to two different places (cala girgolu and money nieddu) and they gave me a very basic answer, also their English is not great and I found them slighly rude in my point of view so try not to stress out and do your own research on Google to avoid disappointment.

Thanks for finding the time to write your review, I try to briefly explain our residency policies. We ask 100 euros for deposit, preferably cash because ours are all apartments and inside it is possible to make damages, including 100 euros if indeed in the apartment you are damaging is certainly not enough, so you know it's really a nominal fee! Because we paid you the towels is normal, and it is written in all our sales portals that the first linens supply is included but the second, if requested, in the residence formula is payment. 5 Euro for a set of 3 towels. It seems very strange that our staff was rude, one of our strengths is the hospitality. Obviously, however, we always accept criticism to improve ourselves!

Für Minimalisten ganz ok! Gute Lage und schöne Ausblicke! Leider fehlten jegliche Elektrogeräte in der Küche (kein Wasserkocher, kein Toaster, keine Kaffeemaschine) Zimmer waren sauber, funktionell aber leider auch etwas lieblos eingerichtet!

Thanks for writing your review, usually in Italy we do not use the kettle and for the coffee we have the moka. But thank you for the nice words you used for us. I hope to see you as soon as possible!
