Bright and cozy basement studio apartment in a great location! Centrally located near USU and Downtown. It has a large window that provides lots of light. Brand new and very comfy queen bed, full kitchen, and w/d in unit with a private entrance with two comfy chairs at the end of the bed to lounge. Please keep in mind this is a basement unit in a triplex and there is a good chance there may be guest above/next to you. Mindi and Dan are amazing hosts, offering warm and welcoming hospitality from the day I arrived. The apartment was spotless and beautifully maintained, making it a comfortable and inviting space. Its location is ideal, just a short walk to USU, the famous Aggie Ice Cream, and close to the picturesque Logan River and canyon. The apartment was thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials, including a microwave, toiletries, coffee, an ironing board with iron, and even an extension cable.
