This brand new, family friendly home boasts views of the mountain, valley, and lake from the giant windows in the common area. This lovely space combines an open kitchen (complete with farm sink, full size appliances, and an island), picnic style dining area, and a living room complete with a gas fireplace. The deck with a living room style setup is just outside! This is one of two living rooms, as the downstairs den serves as a bonus relaxation space for groups. Everyone can stay comfortable with the home's central air conditioning. When it's time to head to bed, there are plenty of options for guests to choose from. The first bedroom is just past the kitchen - head past the private washer/dryer and you'll find the room, featuring a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. On the opposite side of the first floor, guests can choose between one room with a queen bed and another with two double beds (both served by a hall bathroom with a shower/tub combination). Downstairs, the fourth bedroom is just to the left of the den. This room features a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Across the way, the final two bedrooms can both utilize a hall bathroom with a shower/tub combo. One room features two double-over-double bunk bed sets and the other features a queen bed. As part of your stay, guests of this home will have access to the Ideal Beach Resort. This includes access to the tennis courts, volleyball courts, a shared pool and hot tub, mini golf, and so much more! What's nearby: The region is full of wonderful parts of nature to enjoy, closest of which is Bear Lake. Ideal Beach Resort, which includes private beach access, is just over two miles from the home. When you want a break from playing in the water, Renegade Raceway (just over four-and-a-half miles from the home) provides a family friendly go-kart track where guests as young as seven years old can burn rubber! If guests are visiting during the colder months, Beaver Mountain offers fun on the mountain just over 17 miles from the home. Things to know: Full kitchen A high chair, a Pack-N-Play, and baby gates are available to guests. Access and features for guests with limited mobility. A 4x4 is required to reach this home in winter. Extra foam roll-out beds (two twin size, one queen size, and one full size) are available for guest use. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 9 vehicles. They played volleyball all day.The house was accommodating and had SO many activities. There was a toddler with our group whose parents were happy to find a pack n' play and plenty of fun things for him to toss around. They even had children's plates and utensils.We had a minor appliance issue when we arrived and they were incredibly prompt in communicating and preparing to have a repair made that day.I would absolutely stay here again. The garage full of games and floaties was a massive plus. We grilled, swam, and played ping pong late into the night. ##### Bob M. What I wish we knew before booking this property is that the driveway is quite steep and extremely tricky to back a boat trailer into. Despite that we loved our stay! The home was beautiful and the views from the deck couldn’t be beat. It was spacious and pretty clean. We did have a few issues though. The outdoor fire pit didn’t work, only three of the four burners on the grill worked, the coffee maker didn’t work and the key card to the beach access didn’t work for our entire trip. We received a response from the property manager, but nothing was ever done about any of the issues. Overall it was great, but when you spend as much as we did per night, you don’t expect these kind of problems. The home is 30 minutes from Beaver Mountain ski area with a well maintained highway. There was not central place that gave us information about things like additional propane tanks for the BBQ grill and fire pit on the deck. No information about where to find the pass cards to gain access into the Ideal Beach Resort. Furnishings were quite minimal. For example no lamps on the bedside tables. Property Manager sorted the issue out and dropped off the keys within an hour. Within 2-4 min to all activities. We enjoyed the great views all through the day.
