The main shower was broke but there were 2 and management offered to send out a plumber. There is a phone for use but that is not stated anywhere. For this I gave a 3 star rating because we did have a minor medical problem and due to little to no cell service we were struggling to reach a doctor and almost had to make a hospital run. Again because of the safety issue of not knowing there was a phone available I gave 3 stars, other wise it would have been 5\. Safety is big to me! ##### Sarah U. Couldn't have picked a better place! Rustic and cozy on the inside, but we spent most of our time in the hot tub on the porch.
