You will have secure access to the upper level, including two off-street parking spaces. Tenants reside below and have exclusive access to the garage and backyard. The space: Tucked in a quiet cul-de-sac in the scenic Cliffside Estates, this well-crafted upper-level home offers stunning finishes with quick access to trails, downtown Logan, and Utah State University—just 6 minutes away.
