The apartment is located on the 5th floor of the modern Central Park Apartments development on Żwirki Street in Łódź. The building is located in the very center of the city and adjacent to the Poniatowski Park - one of the city's largest park complexes. The building is located a short distance from the most important points of the city. In a few minutes walk you can reach Piotrkowska Street - one of the longest shopping streets in Europe, as well as many cafes and restaurants serving both Polish and international cuisine. The area has numerous cinemas, theaters, sports, recreational and performance venues, as well as galleries and shopping centers. There is also a university - Lodz University of Technology - located in the immediate vicinity. At a distance of 3 km from the investment is located Manufaktura, which is a major meeting place and cultural center. It is a complex of great restaurants and stores, and above all a revitalized monument of Lodz's industrial architecture. Manufaktura's vast space is also a well-designed marketplace with charming cafes, entertainment events, or places to relax among impressive cascades with fountains. The building's location in Lodz's Downtown provides great public transportation to other districts. Numerous streetcar and bus stops are within walking distance, making it easy to travel around the city, while the proximity of the Łódź Kaliska and Łódź Fabryczna train stations allows for convenient travel to other cities.

The elegant apartment has the capacity to accommodate 4 people - an ideal choice for a family trip or for a couple of friends. The highly functional space of almost 45 m² consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a separate bedroom and a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. In addition, the apartment comes with a furnished balcony, where you can enjoy a cup of morning coffee. The living area equipped with a comfortable sofa, as well as the bedroom with a double bed, provide a perfect place for rest and relaxation. The bedroom also offers a desk with a chair, so guests working remotely will be able to take care of business duties in comfort. Comprehensive kitchen and bathroom amenities, as well as complimentary Wifi and two Smart TVs ensure a comfortable stay. A complimentary set of toiletries (soap, shampoo and shower gel), towels and linens are provided to facilitate the start of each stay. The apartment is stylishly arranged, the space is bright and modern. The apartment is distinguished by careful finishing and aesthetics, and high-quality equipment exposes the high standard of the apartment. There is an opportunity to bring your favorite pet for the trip, as the property accepts pets.
